Also why shut street view down? How exactly is it an invasion of privacy if all images are taken from public roads? Also if you are on an image you can have it removed. These guys are just idiots with nothing better to do, like the people who complain about a Subway advert because giant jalepeno says "swine"

Because it might show a celebrity apparently and it makes it so they aren't safe!

One celeb has just been on TV complaining that pictures of her house have been posted on the internet - well she must have told people her address in the first place for it to be a problem!

So basically Google now know where everyone lives and have pictures. Soon we'll all have to have Google ID chips installed in the back of our noggins, they're taking over the world.
