I've said before, there is plenty of quality beef to be found in the lower leagues. You will always have kids who shine at 16 and end up in SL academy sides but then simply don't develop the physical size and strength to make an impact in the pro game. Likewise there are kids you will miss who (like Kyle) get spotted later or don't take the game seriously as a youngster, and then end up playing lower league football. It must be really difficult to look SL class in slower games with less skillfull halfbacks etc. around you. I hope he goes well for us.
Although just to say, we did have a very good young prop who was already SL level we didn't keep this year. His stats for the Bulls are as good as anyone at Leeds bar Peacock.
