He was supposedly one of the main ringleaders in the development of the toxic player-power culture at Wests when Marshall was there. As incumbent NSW hooker he won't be leaving the NRL any time soon.

No doubt he will stay in the NRL and his agent will use SL links as a tool to get a bumper deal.Thats the script.

Good luck to him. I would have liked to see us sign him and I guess the fact that we didn't means either; he didn't want to come to us, GH and or BMc didn't rate him or we've signed some one they regard as a better fit.

I think the problem with us signing Lunt was that we offered him a deal after he was on loan with us last time and he refused saying he wanted more cash. I don think GH would be shown up twice by the same guy

Or conceivably we made him an offer based on our salary scales & HKR bettered that offer.
GH is a businessman whom I doubt is ruled by peevishness & score-settling but I may be wrong.
