Top 4 is already a monumental task for wire. They need about 26-30 points from 32 available. That's with them needing to play all the big boys at least once if not twice.

A Leeds win tonight and Wakefield loss this weekend and a gap opens up. If Salford keep timing over, car keep going and Leeds and Hull can get 6/7 wins out of the next 9 and the Super 8s will be over before they begin.

Big shame for Golding that, he has been playing well the last couple of weeks. Sutcliffe is having a great game though.

Great effort first half cant fault it.hopefully we can keep it going and not fall away like last week.Good response from Briscoe, looked a bit like his former self.

Good first half effort. Causing ourselves problems with some knock ons and gifting them good field position but the defence has performed really strong in response. Interesting time will be when Patton comes on, had a good game against us earlier in the year and their current halves aren't doing much so far. Briscoe seeing some ball, still a bit iffy though for me, putting up the high kick when going down the wing early on I didn't like and it might seem petty because we scored but he did make the wrong pass really to Parcell for the opening try when Sutcliffe had a walk in.

For the stick GH gets about recruitment (and some of it deserved to be fair) he's pulled a rabbit out of the hat with finding Parcell.

Sutcliffe did seem much more of an attacking threat at full back than Golding. Whether that's just experience in not sure.

Well done to briscoe impressive come back after last week.
