Anyone posted and listened to 'The Hazards of Love' by The Decemberists.

Almost a 70s concept album, an American group with tinges of English folk.

Also try 'Tight Knit' by Vetiver

Have all their other stuff (which is mostly very good) but haven't got round to this one yet. Has had mixed reviews so far IIRC.

Have been a bit slow with buying music from this year after taking advantage of the cheapness of lots of older music on amazon... Think the only album from 2009 I have bought is Merriweather Post Pavillion by Animal Collective - very good though. Saw them live recently in Liverpool - brilliant.

Squeeze greatest hits.

'Tempted' was used in last weeks Ashes to Ashes and I just had to dig it out and stick it back on my iPod.
