I honestly think Its Leeds and Hudersfield who will end up scraping it out....Making Merin as Captain wont Change anything. Sir Kev has fooked it up

I’d probably agree Wakey look safe now, with their star men (minus Johnstone) back.

HKR, Leeds, London and Hudds are all in the mire together.

Even if we do go 9th after this round we will need a run to pull clear - there are wins in the other teams around us too.

the fact one of the worse Wigan teams I can think of are 4th tells you about this league. saints miles ahead, then warrington then the rest

I'm surprised Tompkins is playing to be honest. He seems to pick up a mysterious injury whenever he's due to play Leeds, especially at Headingley

We’ll see how we go today against Catalans but these player movements over the last week have improved my outlook.

Leeds is a club preparing to challenge the top sides in SL again, not planning for relegation. I think that’s the right approach.

We’re certainly not out of the woods but we are doing more off the field than our rivals for the drop.

Even with the new players we need more of the existing squad to stand up and be counted. Hopefully the recent movement will have put a few more on notice.

Unless one of the teams on 14 points doesn't win another game. The team that gets relegated will have the highest points total of any relegated team in the SL era

which is why I'd promote Toulouse and Toronto and get rid of the ridiculous loop fixtures
