As we cant get rid of half a team a quality coach could well be the answer. Agar has improved things but nowhere near enough to warrant a permanent head coach role. I think also the back room staff are not good enough, too many players out for too long. Medical staff could do a much better job imho and we could definitely do with a sports psychologist, this squad is so weak mentally its unbelievable.
