If it is true that there is some kind of unusually authoritarian culture at the club, I think most casual fans will be happy with this given the success reaped since GH took over. That said, I'd be interested in the evidence of such a negative culture over this period, weighed against positive indicators. There are plenty of overseas players and coaches who have stayed at Leeds for prolonged spells, certainly more than have been dumped/left due to some kind of contractual fallout.
If GH is becoming a problem, fine, but who is going to come in and replace him? This will have to happen at some point... I'd just rather we don't have to go through that so soon after one of the worst seasons in the club's history, thank you.
