Tbf that is one thing Smith has been consistent with, no wanting to throw kids in when they aren’t physically ready, he was on paper as saying words to those effect very early on in his tenure.
With the changes already afoot, with at least 2 or three more signings to come in (perhaps more if you believe GHs interview) with the changes to coaching staff/pathways etc complete (from the same interview) I agree with Seth, if we stick with Rohan, he no longer has any excuses. I don’t think that’s an agenda. It’s a statement of fact.
