The first thing an overseas coach will need is a GBE (Governing Body Endorsement) given his past and what he’s doing now A Seibold would obviously qualify for this no problem. Then a visa has to be applied for which again it will be a given that it’s granted but this can take up to 8 weeks. It may be possible (although I’m not 100% sure but think it is) that Leeds can take over as his sponsor from the RFU and the visa be transferred in which case he’d be available straight away. After this Leeds can then extend the visa at its expiry.
