We simply must be looking at a non-UK 7 I would have thought, and probably same at centre.

I am still hopeful about what we will look like next season BUT no more Olpherts signings please Leeds.

Whitbread would give us something a little different and I can see why RS might have an interest but we have to recruit to our strategic needs, those quota spots are vital.

Then again we probably have more in-house players coming through at centre than we do at prop right now.

Matt Shaw reporting Leeds have signed Kieran Hudson a 23 year old Prop who is physically similar to Walters, and has just been released by Castleford. Probably means Eseh isn’t joining as the other prop we need has to be a senior pack leader.

Hudson will be Walters replacement, and we're keeping our quota spots open for a half & centre there are main priorities as for props next year we have

Oledzki, Holroyd, Lisone, Sangare, Hudson.

Goudemond, Donaldson & Ruan will be used there if needed so a another prop/middle is on the transfer list but not a priority.

I will be impressed if we sign a 6 or 7 using a quota spot as there are hardly any, if any, available in the NRL. Might be Brodie croft but other that due to the shortage I can't see anybody coming other than to Catalan.

Now that Salford's season is over does it mean we have not signed Croft, as now would be a good time to announce it after an awful season.
