I did think the wording of his letter was interesting as he only said he wont be playing in the NRL....
If you wanted to be naughty, you might suggest that the wording was such that it would facilitate an exclusion from the salary cap, and possibly an insurance payout, what he does after that is his business...

If Whitehead comes back, he's definitely worth signing. Grew up a Leeds fan, and to me has been Englands best/most consistent player over the last few years.
