If you wanted to be naughty, you might suggest that the wording was such that it would facilitate an exclusion from the salary cap, and possibly an insurance payout, what he does after that is his business...

No chance, he is one of the best players in the NRL, he could walk into any other side in the NRL!

If Whitehead comes back, he's definitely worth signing. Grew up a Leeds fan, and to me has been Englands best/most consistent player over the last few years.
