Well this is a most uncharacteristic outburst of enthusiasm for this forum. I might see if I can catch him on a full game in the Queensland Cup. One thing I do know is that we've been criminally short of pace for far too long. Desperate to watch a player who can get me out of my seat.

Yes if the signing in the halves does not have pace it will be a failure.
We cannot afford to have 2 Frawley's in the halves
Where would Wigan have been this season without the pace of French and Field.

Rohan can't manage big personalities so it's a no for me re Nikorima. Probably walk out early on if we even managed to sign him.

We only need a half for a year or two really - McCormack has some talent but even if we did have to replace Nikorima, we shouldn’t ever have to do so much in one go again and we could find someone else. We just need the get the majority of the side settled and sorted.

I think you're looking at 3-4 years at least for McCormack to be a starting half. The next 4 years the halves will need to come from outside the club with the hope being to then have sinfield and McCormack, of they develop as hoped.

Agreed but I wouldn’t be too bothered if we got Nikorima for just a year or two. Anything but Myler back in the halves basically.
