Or maybe they wait until the price goes up and then announce to increase the revenue stream?

It isn’t the early bird season ticket deadline, price will remain unchanged after this date, but 2019 seated season ticket holders seats will become available to anyone

If Martin gets a PNG passport it'll free up a quota place.
