I was only messing. And also pointing out, that for Smith sceptics such as yourself, the possibility that Rowley may be available next year might be a happy thought.

He did, but I think there was some talk that South's might be open to an early release. GH mentioned talking to players who were contracted but maybe available. Still seems unlikely to me but who knows?

fair enough. I was trying to be all non critical too lol.
Rowley would be a great shout, and yes I don't rate smith. but who knows if he hasn't sat down and analysed the season, spoken to people, and realised he does need to change. only time will tell.
been in the states for a week or so. who is this morivoski?

I don’t think RS coaches the forwards to be not dominant Tad. We have a light second row and Sangare out injured and Mik off form, plus Tet mostly unavailable.

The part of your point I agree with though is that we’re not going to get the most out of the back line and halves if the forwards aren’t competing in the middle.

I don’t think Hudson or Goudemand changes that, and we still lack some punch in that pack for me.

Having said that most of our errors were coming from the backs last season which made our forwards work harder than they should have.

Think we all want the same thing. Start hard and fast next season and get some wins on the board. Momirovski, in my opinion, will be an excellent SL player. He's played for all the big boys in the NRL (Storm, Roosters, Panthers) and whilst not a superstar, he is rangey, quick and a nice footballer.

Which side for Momirovski do you reckon Clueso? I’m thinking Fus could do with a centre who can / will pass the ball; and wondering whether a better defensive centre might make sense on the right.

I guess Newman will stay at 3 as the current incumbent.

Imagine Thursday coming and Hetherington announcing whatever the stuff to do with the stadium is and following it up with announcing the signings of Croft, Burgess and Momirovski. The "Leeds don't spend any money" folk's heads will explode.

Any ideas what the stadium thing is? It seems OTT to have a big presser just for naming rights?
