I’m banned from the sin bin!

Surprised I lasted that long. People are not going to know how I’m getting on with my diet now all because I spoke my mind

However I would like to say that I respect the mods opinion and decision to ban me from the sin bin and I won’t be having a go about it. I’ll do my time and once I’ve completely My ASBO I can once again post that forum and tell people that ASBO’s do work..

I went on a diet once, one of these 'faddy' diets, the theory behind it was laughter. That 100 laughs a day is the same as half an hours exercise. Problem was all the laughter left me hungry for more. Didn't work.
