Now if Hull fans and players all gave him abuse because of his skin colour then they'd be totally screwed whether JJB complained or not. The notion that Hull fans and players could racially abuse him and then the RFL ignore it because JJB didn't want the issue taken any further is bizarre.

He's trying to say that Keith and Bailey should have been banned like the Halifax player was. It's a Leeds conspiracy that they got off.

Of course the fact that the article states that Keith and Bailey declared which medication they'd taken and that was found to be what caused the test failure was reason they weren't banned. The Fax player probably didn't declare his medications and so his failure was regarded as more serious.

The RFL merely confirmed they were investigating the incident on the 2nd. Seeing as the RFL have almost certainly received complaints and will have seen the forum talk on the issue they were duty bound to investigate it. If Hardaker didn't say "effing puff" that night then a proper investigation could quickly look at the facts and evidence and conclude that there is no case to answer. But Leeds have pretty much gone to war with the RFL and are questioning why an investigation is even taking place.

and given the shambolic way the RFL have done it i back them 100%.
