If we do sign McShane then either JOC or Johnson is pushed out of the 17.

I imagine the bench will be; Prop, Prop, Goudemand, Gannon/JOC/CJ.

We really should be a decent side next year. Keep the faith.

Miller (lost Hooley)
Momirovski (lost Nene)
Frawley (lost Sezer)
Croft (lost Austin)
Hudson (lost Walters)
Goudemand (lost Tetevano)
McShane? (lost Leeming)

Tindall gone, maybe one or two others still to leave.

Not sure how much cap we’d have for a senior prop. It’s more the type we need more than the name: we need an 8-10m average carry kind of prop who can reliably put holes in the opposition defence.

There will be a big difference between the wage we will pay Goudemand and the wage we were paying Tet. I imagine the cap space might be just about there, it's just a question as to whether the player is.

It’s impossible to tell really but it must be close already if we complete those signings.

We have also lost Tchambe but he won’t have been on much at all.
