I'm pretty sure Silverwood wasn't asked to look at the PTB.

For my money it was a knock on by Petersen but I was happy with the PTB for the reason TVOC stated - the ball seemed to be on his foot.

Was at Wembley to see Kieron O'Loughlin (I think) score a great try in '84 (again I think). Juggled the ball forward then dived and caught it over the line before it hit the ground. You can't deliberately throw the ball forward over someone (I tried that once when I was a kid and got pinged), I know that.
