I suspect some of that attitude may come from seeing other clubs sporting a healthy contingent of young players produced through the Leeds Academy system. While junior development by Leeds may not have produced half a dozen players a year for their own first team, it's done a decent job of churning out a steady stream of SL quality players who have moved on having not quite cracked it at Leeds.

No they weren't.

They were able to give him 6 months notice as per the clause in the RFl's standard contract. He challenged the decision to give him notice. They reached an agreement to allow him to leave before his 6 months notice expired to take up employment elsewhere.

Its interesting that of the Leeds-developed players at other clubs, there aren't many (any?) that you'd be desperate to have back.

That's because we only keep the very best.

But that doesn't mean the ones we let go aren't good enough for super league, with lesser teams....like hull fc for example.

Morley's slightly different from the other two. Possibly agree with respect to Carvell, but are you sure about Fox? Would he replace Donald? In any event, if a player hasn't even played first team for Leeds I'm not sure we can claim much.
