Thats weird, all i've seen is sgtwilko accuse someone of being wrong when they weren't, fail to accept he was wrong when he were called on it, yet at the same time, fail to give any evidence to support his poistion. Have you not read any of my posts, or did you read them and not understand them? He didnt just explain the definition of racism used at his workplace, he was specifically telling others they were wrong for using a different definition, to the one he had being taught at his workplace. Its not very hard to see this massive difference in the two - I explained this in my last post.

No, you didnt just explain about how racism works in the real world You simply defined racism differently, to another poster, and told him he was wrong because he used a definition which didnt agree with your definition.
(sorry if my responses seem a bit repetitive, he keeps churning out the same old arguments that i've already debunked, so im having to argue against the same arguments time and time again, until either he realises he is wrong, or actually starts defending his points)

I notice that again, you have failed to answer any of my questions, or directly dispute any of the poits i've made. You dont seem to want to take my points on board, or dont seem to understand them so i'll make it simple:

You asserted that, the statement 'Anyone can be racist, it doesnt matter whether they are a part of an ethnic minority or not' is incorrect.
You have supported it by the 'fact' that: racism is oppression, and you cant oppress if you are part of the 'enpowered majority'.
This supporting evidence is based entirely on your definition of the term racism.
Can you not see how this is circular reasoning?

And as i've shown, your definition isn't supported by any of the dictionaries i've bothered to check, isnt supported by the UN or the European Parliament, and isnt supported by the majority of the public.

(The above point, in bold, is the crux of the whole argument, you cannot decide not to respond to it, without concedeing that you are wrong)

The ditstinct lack of, any responses on your part, to any of the points i've made leads me to ask: You really dont seem to like responding to the points i raise at all, do you, why is this?

Any way, a better (and more to the point) question is, why do you think, that i dont like people who offer opinions which differ to mine? is it because you didnt bother to read my posts, or because you didnt understand them? because i specifically remember telling sgtwilko this: "Why do i argue your point? maybe it has something to do with the fact that i dont like people falsely telling others they are incorrect, there are few things more annoying to me than an ignorant 'know it all'."
So no its not me disliking people who have a differing opinion to mine, its, people telling others (from a position of ignorance) that they are wrong, when this isnt the case, which i dislike - i thought i made myself quite clear before (apparently not clear enough )
I also dont like it when people insult me, fail to back it up, and then when i present evidence to counter their (in this case, your) petty insults, you ignore them, and continue to randomly insult me. A bit pathetic if you ask me...again, absolutely nothing to do with disliking people who disagree with me though.

Its very easy to get under your skin, you really should step down off that high horse and take on board the absolute fact of life that sometimes people have a different point of view and a different life experience to you and that very fact does not automatically make them wrong, however I will not hold my breath while you grow accustomed to that life skill.
