HKR ( already have a Hull fc in super league who seem to compete for major honours a bit more, KR probably have a strong fan base but not like a Leeds, Saints or Warrington. Hull derby probably would be missed for television but think super league would be fine without KR in super league .

As I said I don't want to disrespect these other teams but imo it would be a better outcome for all apart from the club that is relegated obviously relegation is not good for anyone involved with it but unfortunately that's sports major sports have it and it creates entertainment and money so someone has to suffer it.[/quote]

]As a KR fan, you have just disrespected us..Hull FC almost went out of business and previously had pathetic crowds some years ago but were saved by being given Gateshead Thunders licence by the RFL. With a bit of success which could happen our gates could and probably would be bigger than eg. Warrington. We have the capability and then some to be top 5 with a bit if fortune which we have been missing for for a while.....

This board is free for anyone to make an opinion, without which we'd have a very dull forum and only talk about RL results etc, maybe the odd milkchurn or coffee table.

With an inflammatory thread title as this one you really are going to get polar opposite opinions which are bound to be heated. Just because someone calls you out with their take on it doesnt mean they are getting personal, it means they have just as strong a feeling / opinion as you.

Frankly, im no Hetherington mega fan but sheesh, where would we be without him? He's already handing the running of the business over to others and is deffo on the outer after a long reign so maybe theres an over reaction to him at this current time, yes he has responibilty for some of the issues we are having but be careful what you wish for, youll miss him when hes gone.

when was last time kr competed at high end of super league like 2009? Finished fourth, you got embarrassed in 2015 challenge cup final, like I said I wasn't disrespecting any club just giving my opinion on each club, sometimes you need to generate your own wealth and success something I see hull KR struggling to do and haven't looked like doing since being in SL.

Actually I'd put kr close to the top of the mid size teams. They get decent crowds when they go well and the hull derby is a big game for the sport.

Aside from Bradford, who are a special case, p&r really only exists for two heartland clubs - Leigh and Widnes. It doesn't give 'hope' to fev, Batley etc - they're too small for a fully pro world.

What’s stupid and childish and knee jerk wanting someone who is past his sell by date to move on.
It seems by the reactions on here I’m not the only one.
Is this,a forum for debate or just a sounding board for the same old same olds.
Childish
What’s with your inset picture him
Glass houses

A thread title of Hetherington Out is stupid and childish.
Forcing out a long term and highly successful CEO and shareholder mid-season whilst he’s handing over his role in a responsible and logical manner is stupid, childish and incredibly knee-jerk.

As is the use of terms such as “past his sell by date” and whinging about not being allowed an opinion.

Who will we beat : Tue Jul 23, 2019 5:18 am
CATALAN and SALFORD we will beat

SAINTS and WIRE we will lose

SO i reckon we need to beat one of MIDGETS or LONDON to avoid relegation

PROBLEM Poor record at MIDGETS and not good on PLASTIC

We can only be concerned by the next game that's the most important cos it's the next game and it could potentially move us to 8th.

We need an effort like we got at Castleford from everyone and I include the fans in that because I thought the South Stand was really quiet for most of the game Sunday.
