More likely he obtained it in Jan but Leeds didn’t announce it to put them under less pressure to announce a new signing.

Pretty bleak stuff from Agar regarding retention of our out of contract players, basically not doing anything with them yet and if another club comes in for them, then so be it. Seeing the Senior Twins extending at the Giants, id be gutted if we lost someone like Holroyd, who iv seen mentioned is out of contract, when other clubs are still planning and signing for post Virus.

The older players, im not as concerned about, but a young potential star like Holroyd needs to be signed up asap imo.

Finances are going to be very tight. The business mode looked very good with the new stands and facilities. But while they are closed nothing can be generated, when they do reopen the capacity will be reduced for an unknown period.
We might be lucky and negotiate some for of payment holiday on the loan or even an extension. But until the board know where the club are I don’t expect any signings.

And if I'm honest, I'm OK with that, even if we went with what we've got for the 2021 season (maybe bar Cuthbertson who may retire)

Id be looking at rewarding maybe Myler and Dwyer with 1 year contracts for next year, this season is basically a write off even if we get back to some sort of normality near the end of the year.

Saints were after James Tamou - but he's probably a backup plan for Graham the Big Baby to replace Thompson.

Id sign Tamou for a couple of years..
