We will still be trying to shed some salary in order to bring someone else in I reckon.

Still half expecting Johnson to leave to be honest. Think Donaldson will stay and Myler is probably good cover at the back for a little longer.

Would anyone take Daniel Smith for a year or 2 he's just left Fev. We are in need of a prop and he'd fit the bill with what we currently need as I don't think we have the cap available to bring in a big name middle like Tom Burgess for example, but Daniel Smith is a seasoned pro at SL level had some decent years at Cas is only 30 and obviously has a link to us coming through our academy and being Cameron's older brother and would fill that 5th/6th choice prop spot in our squad.

That’s not actually a terrible shout, if we have some confidence in the young front rowers coming through at the club over the next couple of years.

Can just see Olpherts going to Leigh and scoring a couple against us. If he reads the cr.. written by a large majority on here he will have plenty of incentive. Don’t get me wrong I’m not impressed by last season but come give the lad a break.

Oh come on. 1: I dearly hope no player ever reads the tripe we all spout on here. 2: He's been uniformly terrible this year. The only logical conclusion is to move him on, for the clubs sake and for his. I don't doubt for a second that he will do better at Leigh, but that's not the point. The point is: Can we do better without him? The answer is yes.

Awful signing for us .He has a least a mistake in him nearly every game
