In every game that I've seen the opposition forwards seem to make more yards per carry from the PTB, particularly in the early stages.
Other than where we have gained ground due to a penalty, 40/20 or opposition mistake we've been kicking from deeper in our own half than our opponents which further amplifies our generally poor kicking game.
Bluey has hinted as much in his comments about our current lack of conditioning due to the short off season for most of our team.
I hope that learning from last season he's planning for us to improve gradually over the whole season.
