reading what you've posted, sounds like a man who cant count and/or someone that doesn't go to games regular

Oh Dear. Hull and intelligence, two words that obviously don't go together. I won't try explaining irony to you, but the little exchange between me and Hessle Roader when I called him a Codhead......don't worry he understood, he's just a bit sharper than you Forrest. You don't need A level maths to work out you took less than 200 to a few games last season, I counted you on my abacus. I don't need to defend my supporter credentials, anyone who knows me sees me at every game, home and away. Answer me this question, which team got 15,000 for a recent relegation battle, whilst their rivals this Friday only just mustered 10,000 for a game which saw them move 3rd in the table on a decent unbeaten run playing some really good Rugby League. Over to you Forrest.
don't deal in petty name calling...then comes out with several names...not irony but nice try to cover your tracks as another post beat me to it about the population, I wont go over that one again. but to add to it, the fact that we have 2 super league sides in Hull plus a well supported football team, is 10k really that bad I can just see you at one or two games, squinting trying to count the number of fans, nudging the person next to you asking, 'what number comes after 5?' a continuing trend until you get to counting all "200" of them.
Anyway, enjoy the game tonight, don't hurt your eyes too much trying to count the thousands of the Black and White Army
Leeds Owl in respect of attendences Hull's last successful era was in the early/mid 80's when we regularly draw crowds of 16k despite winning nowhere near as many trophies as Leeds have done for a sustained period in Super League. During the early 80's Leeds were poor just like Hull have been for a number of years. Using an example in 1981-82 Leeds finished 6th in the league and their average attendance was just over 5k. You are either too young to remember those barren years or have a short memory. Hull and Rovers fans travelled in great numbers in those days ( just like they do now in fact) and used to fill the South Stand. Also in the eighties Rovers despite winning far fewer trophies than Leeds have done in recent years sometimes attracted crowds of 10k plus. It also has to be put in context that as a whole average crowds are far higher today than in the early mid 80's. Reflect on this before having a pop at Hull's crowds.
Why do people get such an hard on over crowds? Hull fans, both sides have always had a vivid imagination with their army of numbers.
That said, throughout any period, they always come to Headingley in large numbers, as they do most grounds, and are usually the supporters making the most noise. I could label Hull fans with many things, but low on numbers is not one of them.
Wow, Rhinos. You know you are having a bad season when you are trying to big up the crowds rather than the team. I'd rather have a winning poorly supported team personally.

Both Hull clubs have decent away followings relative to the sport, we take more away than we get away fans for the return fixture at home - I think that's an accurate statement to make. No doubt Leeds Owl will disagree, but the guy has been on the wind up on both boards this week.
It's good all round IMO. Brings a bit of money in for the home side, and hopefully helps for a better atmos. That's certainly the case at the KC when we get decent away followings.
Anyway, looking forward to a beer or two in Arcadia, the rain to hold off and a decent game.

Yes, you quoted the second paragraph, but unsure if you read it?
