I'd be more than happy for Merrin to stay, I was hoping to see him in a side not battling against relegation as I think he would be even better for us in that situation.

it's not ideal unless his wife is totally on board aswel.If he does stay that will put an end to Prior and Greenwood signing.We still need a nine unless plan is to use Dwyer and Myler which I not convinced will be the best option.

Greenwood was never an option,Wigan won’t sell him.Does anyone honestly believe Cameron Smith would come over here?!! Apparently he’s signing a one year deal to finish his career at Storm,plus Luke has no interest in coming over here,hence him ready to take a pay cut to join the Para.The 9 at Featherstone is the likely one if they can fit him in plus Ferres resigning on a one year deal

I knew there was a year in it somehow.Heard elsewhere that Leeds were looking at Jake Friend,which unlikely as it is would be a cracking signing.

Sinfield says in the YEP we are looking at least two more but could be more dependent on players leaving the club. By sound of it, Ferres, Singleton and Albert could leave the club. Mentions Matt Prior coming in too if the overseas quota spot can be found.

Wigan have said they are happy to listen to offers for him apparently.
