Agreed, for us to finish 6th, 5 clubs have to be better than we are. I can see the case for Wigan and Saints, but not 3 others. We will finish 4th, go out in the semis of both playoffs and CC.

I agree.
Sixth would be progress, but a bit disappointing.
Wigan and Saints are ahead of us, and arguably Cats.
After that we should be challenging for 4th.

Agree Seth. Top 5 top 4 has to be achieved imo. We’re still a couple of top players short of winning it imo but we shall see.

also I'm looking at more structure, shape and a pattern of play. which should happen with better spine players.
I don't want to see us play like a union sevens team

The money Leeds have invested in players this year anything less than a top 4 place would be a failure.
R S would be waiting for GH to tap him on the shoulder and say thanks but, if we fail to make top 4.

Wigan, Saints and Catalan look better than us and god knows how Wire are going to perform.
Leigh I think will still be up there imo.
5th is where I reckon we will finish but top 4 and at least a semi final in the CC should be the aim.
Anything from 6th down should be seen as a failure.

Top four minimum this year for me.

Hand on heart, I still think we've deadwood to move and areas / personnel who need to be either motivated to perform better or shipped out.
I'll go out on a limb to say were probably still way off being a week to week juggernaut like a saints / wigan but would like to think we can pick these off in a playoff / semi final with a decent performance. We look far better in the spine this year and that is going to be absolutely crucial to our successes as once you scratch the surface we are a little thin on the ground.
All in all we've done some great shopping and brought in some provable quality, its up to the coaching teams to get everyone integrated and the whole club set up to move in one direction and get that vital link between academy and first team running again.

The higher ups have talked the talk and now were going to have to walk the walk, its going to be an interesting season.

If Lisone is out for a stretch before day one it's worrying.
Any injury to Holroyd or Mik leaves us struggling

Could see it being anywhere from 7th to 3rd although top 5 with semi-final/ final is the minimum in my mind. It's absolutely imperative to start the season well and like others I'm worried that we looking to be heading to opening night with Lisone injured and both Holroyd or Hudson possibly injured or undercooked.
