That’s not good. Really need Sangare to step up, he does everything too slowly for me but fingers crossed he can really improve.

Hopefully Holroyd is fit enough to do a stint from the bench but there's no point risking a key player in Round 1 if he isn't right.

Oledski, Sangare, Tom N-W, Donaldson then? Maybe even a bench spot for Ruan or Hudson. Hudson could do with a run-out against HKR if he's available.

Not bothered about Bentley missing out, I prefer McDonnell anyway as I've said.

What I'm worried about is we play like a bag of spanners again in Round 1 and all the pre-season optimism balloon is popped and dead before we've got going. HKR are a decent side now. With all the new lads it is really important to start the year positively and build belief and confidence. Anyway it is what it is - we couldn't have asked for much more recruitment-wise than we got.

Wow thats really bad news with lisone and Hudson, now Holroyd and Goudemand out. Front row is decimated already and we will no doubt rely on donaldson there again.

We all predicted the front row concerns and the issues have already begun before the season has even started. I am very concerned that we have another year lacking any go forward. Lets hope our backs can help out for our weak front row.

Most our props injured and Momorivski missing HKR aswel, back for Salford but no pre season minutes under his belt...

Another less than ideal pre season on the surface, lets hope it dosnt affect the start like last year

I dunno we hardly ever seem to be totally healthy do we?

Miller, Fusitua, Newman, Roberts, Handley, Croft, Frawley, Oledski, Ackers, Sangare, Martin, Donaldson, Smith starting for KR?

I think they'll need to play first grade spine for this, and if it were me I'd be making as few positional changes as possible to try to get some muscle memory and continuity. Drop Momirovski, maybe Holroyd and maybe McDonnell into that starting side and we're looking something like for Salford.

If he's fit I would be tempted to give Hudson a run out again SL opposition and see what he looks like, even if for a couple of 10 minute spells.

I might be wrong but I'm sure I read that Hudson is likely to play in the Hunslet friendly on Friday. On the bright side, despite having a few missing ( this is also the case with other teams) we don't appear to have any long term injuries which hasn't always been the case. Main thing is avoiding significant injury against KR. And playing well of course.
