They have done away with the paper tickets - only access is with the plastic card you have to buy for £15 and then individual games are loaded on to. I had asked if having got a membership you can get a physical ticket for another person but they said no - the +1 would also need to get a card first. Which means my friends from Scotland will not be going this year. Best bet for 'couple times a season' fans is probably doing Magic Weekend half price via a member or season ticket holder, or going to an away game.
Just been on to get tickets for Hull FC at Headingley and when I put in '2' for quantity it had one as 'Smartcard Holland's and the other as 'Print at Home'. Looks like you were given duff info. Standing in Carnegie or Western Terrace only though.
