Correct me if i'm wrong but i think the teams are announced on a wednesday if your playing on the friday and thursday if your playing saturday so it should be friday i think.

Correct. Teams should be announced on Friday 12PM.

Thats only a SL rule. I don't think it applies to WCC or Challenge cup games

But i expect them to be using the same standard rules. If not. 20 thursday, 18 saturday.

im might be wrong but im pretty sure you can change the team up to an hour before kick off when the team sheet goes into the ref.

i think saints did it last year for an SL game with wellens passing a late finess test the day of the game
