No, he'll burn.

it is true to say that although not a racist remark, Graham had no more control over the colour of his hair than some one does over the colour of their skin or place of birth, and, whilst Bailey's comment is not considered as socially unacceptable as racism, certainly is on a par in the level of wit applied. Although he did sandwich it between Fat and C*nt, so perhaps he deserves some credit.
