I said I would have scored with the same opportunity, that is more radical. And I would put money on it too.

Main thing, he finished it. Surely that is all that matters?

Compare his 2 bombs the week before, definitley a step forward.

He seemed very focused, I haven't seen his stats, but he seemed to get through quite a bit of work, from what we have seen from him so far this season.

His only real mistake was not dealing with the cross kick which led to Howell scoring. Smith could have tracked his man better also.

Rubbish. You spent all last season telling us how much better Saints was than us, and that the team would never win a GF.

There is a few posters on here who refrain from critisizing players, and thats up to them. But I would have had more respect had one of them started this thread.
