Not sure Headingley was the best place to build up the social side of the game either. Play there by all means once crowds have grown but 3 or 4k just made the place seem bleak. A startling contrast with, say, Newcastle who have also struggled for crowds at times but whose smaller ground is somehow much more welcoming.
