Try reading my post again,I've tried to make it a bit clearer this time though

I thought that it was common knowledge in RL circles that if any players choose to move over there to Humbersaaaard that they demand an extra £30 grand for the inconvenience of living in Bransholme

Yes that’s much clearer, well done :D

So you actually don’t know anything regarding Josh Jones contract.

For your information Bransholme is in east Hul.

We're desperately short of 2nd row. So why...

did we not go in for Josh Jones; who's going to Hull FC next season? I don't know why we didn't go for George King before the start of the season either. He's in Wakefield's 17.

Playing Cameron Smith & Sutcliffe is depressing!

We were in for him.......according to League Express/Weekly a couple of weeks ago. They were reporting we were favourites to get him, though over clubs were after him as well. He obviously didn’t fancy us and/or Hull FC offered him more???

Don’t despair though.....the fact Hull have got Jones means we are quite likely to get Westerman off them   Every cloud lol

I've heard that Gale has signed for next season. Makes sense, as think Cas are moving for Fages from Saints.

I would have preferred Jones over Westerman, but we could do with 2 gun backrowers anyway. I've always liked Ashurst at Wakefield, good athlete and runs good lines. Whatever happens, I don't want to see Ferres in a Leeds shirt next year. One of the most disappointing signings I can remember, given the reputation he had at Hudds.

We should be signing Fages if that's the case.

Gale rumours have been doing the rounds for a few years now, why would we suddenly actually sign him when he is 4months into a serious injury off the back of a serious injury last season? I can't believe our recruitment would be that naive, especially given how awful Kalum has been this season so far after his serious injury.

As for Westerman, he could have been anything he wanted early on. I think there is still a great player in there but as a club we are not in a position to be actively recruiting possible bad apples into what already feels like a fragile dressing room.

I'm not sure either of these rumours have real legs.

You're desperate for quality though and westerman has been nothing less than 8/10 for us since he returned from injury. He puts in a big shift in defebnce and attack and plays big minutes. I think Hull should be doing all they can to keep him as I don't think we'll find a replacement that offers the overall package he does. He's miles better than stevie ward and is likely to play a lot more games
