Which Boyd have you been watching? He's embarrassed himself this year. He was bad at fullback and worse at 6.

I always thought Boyd rode on the coat tails of Thaiday, Smith, Cronk & Slater - esp for QLD and Aus.

Nah I personally think Boyd hasn't got the plaudits he's deserved over his career. He's past his best now, but in his pomp he was one of the best in the world.

Two years ago he was still a great player but injuries and lack of confidence have ruined him. He's on $900k for 2 more years, which is a disaster for the broncos trying to manage the cap.

Being linked with young Jai Field from St George, the connection makes sense with Agar but the interest seems mad! Mclleland is staying now, Gale will be announced when Cas are knocked out next week and no word on Myler? Also we would have to use a quota spot for him! A prop definitely takes the quota spot priority! Why are looking for more if Gale is coming?

Wikipedia says he is of Irish descent, maybe he has an Irish passport?

I fact, this says so: https://au.sports.yahoo.com/7th-tackle- ... 23753.html

But what would that count as NFT? Also reports today that Cas have signed Danny Richardson paying a large fee for him and beaten KR to him. Looks like it’s all falling into place now! Just Myler to KR now to complete the puzzle.

Danyy Richardson and Trueman don't strike me as a great HB pairing if I'm honest, I've never been that impressed with Richardson and Trueman really needs to try and step up more...

Having said that I'm sure that comment will bite me on the 'Arris next year.

Trueman is a lot better than anything we had at any time this year. I have to agree on Richardson though.

If the Aussie lad is correct, maybe we can offer Hull KR Myler and Lui. Two for the price of one.

Truman is good 1 game in 4 and only marginally better than Dec Patton for me. If CAS start the season with Trueman, Richardson and Ellis as half backs then it will be feast or famine for CAS next season.

The Gale thing still puzzles the hell out of me. If his rehab has gone well and positive things are expected why are CAS letting him go? He would be better than what they have and richardson. If it isn't, why are we chasing him? Maybe he wants to leave, but if that's the case it's a bit rubbish given he has been collecting a wage from the physios table for two years.

I'm sure others will have more of an insight into what is going on.
