Someone asked Pete Smith on twitter about this transfer news. He confirmed he knew nothing about it and wasnt on some kind of reporting embargo.

Hope we keep Greenwood his confidence has been knocked i think with all the concussion injuries hes had last season on his day hes a great forward

If his shoulder is shot it's shot. We don't need to be throwing a barrow full of a cash at a player who could break down any minute. Sad for him he has a good year and still near the top of his game. Been playing at the top level since 17/18 though, it looks like that has finally caught up with him.

One of the best forwards of the modern era, and sad to end this way. Personally, wouldn't go near him if the reports are accurate.
