you could do that. Also scrap the EFL cup for a year, play more midweek games and remove the mid season break too for next season and all friendly international weekends as the friendly league thing won't be required if the euros are in the summer of 2021.Awkward but easily doable.

dont forget sky. they are massive players in uk football and they will want it finished so they can show the key games.

Football ban extended until 30 April but they’ve put a plan in place for the season to end indefinitely so doesn’t have to end on 1st June.

Great news. The season will be finished which is best for all. Hopefully the powers that be are planning what will happen with next season now. I'm wondering if one of the cups or even both are not played next year to allow the league to catch up... then there's the transfer window which will be huge for the promoted teams.. euros next summer so cant extend the season.. very tricky to sort.

Later start, 3v4 po final, more midweek games, maybe even have championship and leagues below playing into the euros.
