Tbf Swansea looked great in bits, broke up our play well, moved at pace and looked a threat up front all game.

Thought we also played some brilliant football even under some good pressing by Swansea. Hernandez’s goal was a beauty, such a confident flowing move.

Hopefully Bielsa is given the backing he wants in the transfer market to strengthen, but I can’t believe the turnaround in standards and play so early with basically the same squad as last year.

Sign of a good coach!

Impressed so far but the proof of the pudding will be when they play that type of football twice a week and in wet and heavy conditions.
Still a couple of players short of a top 6 for me.
The centre forward for Swansea who is a Leeds lad I believe went well.

Considering we lost Cooper in the warm up, that was a good result. Although there's definitely an added backbone to this team that wasn't there last year.

Previous Leeds teams get hammered 3/4-1 when going 2-1 down away. Thought we showed alot of fight to get a point

Agreed. Deffo short still at the back and centre mid.

Deffo short at the cb position. Shame bielsa isn’t looking to bring anyone in there.

I know. He’s repeatedly said he doesn’t need anyone there though. He prefers the versatility of ayling, berradi, Phillips and forshaw. It seems even more strange to me though as Cooper is hardly a top championship CB, he should be a back up really.

Agree with that about Cooper.
Would have been good to get Bartley back or even Williams who got sent off last night I know.
I see Villa are adding a couple of good signings to what is already a strong squad.
