Lois was reason my gaffers two girls headed to their first RL training sessions after she visited their school. They also ended up with season tickets last year such was their enthusiasm (that might have slipped a bit after sitting through last year but you know...).
I'm sure there'll be hundreds of similar kids knocking around Leeds so hope Lois can keep up the work on that front.
Indeed, must be a kick in the teeth to receive that news. A true pioneer of the womens game and just as the sport is taking off she's unfortunately got to call it a day on medical grounds.
I echo the sentiment that hopefully she can still be involved within the greater game as shes been a great role model and trailblazer in these early days of superleague.
