We are certainly not out of the brown stuff yet.

Everyone around us is proud and scrapping hard; all of them have a realistic chance of survival still.

I do think this weekend is vital; we still have a chance to get in control of this. We’re competing with other clubs for new signings constantly: and we will lose constantly to sides who can guarantee SL status next year.

We could lose THE player (or coach) we need while we’re dicing with danger; it’s about quick survival as well as just staying up by season end. The club is in a rut of panic signings and we need to get back on the front foot.

Saints will be resting a few next Thursday, it may be our cup final but they will simply want to finish the game with no injuries or no suspensions. They won’t risk their key men getting injured one week before the cup final. The problem is even their second best players will be a match for our first team.
They want the treble this year and this has to be their best ever chance of winning the lot.
