It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

It’s about the NFT not the OQ.

He would be an expensive junior coach but if that’s a way to release the quota spot and remain cap compliant, worth considering.

His form has been outstanding last few games but there is a decision to be made in there.

Not sure which prop you mean.

Don’t have a name, but Amor would be available for example.

We have “solid” props coming out of our ears already. What we need is an aggressive impact prop - someone who fulfils a similar role to Barrie McDermott, and someone who the opposition worries about.

I like Ava, and I think Holroyd could be special in another year or two, and Oledski has plenty of improvement in him. It’s the second starting prop for me.

Amor would be in the same bracket at Singleton, Peteru or Crosby (when fit). Cuthbo has been playing well for the last three weeks - if the staff feel he can maintain that through next year too fair enough, but I’m not convinced from the last couple of seasons.

Maybe hes been told just that, you are playing for your contract next year.

He's leaner, quicker and fitter than previous seasons whether you see this as a positive or negative im not sure, he's lost some of his sparkle but seems to have recently had either a rocket up the arris or he's realizing that if you dont shape up in this team you are going to be rinsed out.

Maybe its like Bailey, when playing for a contract he played out of his skin, once he had that contract he went off the boil.

I don't like that at all. Cuthbo hasn't looked this good in years. Could it be he was just playing with injuries?

Either way I would still like to see him leave

Probably doesn't mean anything but the YEP is back to referring to Agar has the interim coach again after several weeks of calling him first team coach.

Let's hope he is just interim coach. I've said many times and I still don't believe hes the right man. We should go out and get the best there possibly is.

I'd qualify this and add 'for Leeds right now'. We can't afford another Furner, i.e. someone well-qualified but who doesn't want to compromise with the cultures in place at the club or doesn't fully understand what will be successful in the British game (well, at least that's my reading of why things didn't work out).

Furner probably understood the culture all too well. It was horrible. He might have gone about things badly but someone had to. Perhaps it would have destroyed any coach?
