Leeds were very poor and the score was absolutely reflective of that,, if not even a little flattering to leeds, sorry Gotcha I don’t know what you were watching to say they weren’t that bad. Ava, Parcell, Newman, handley,, Mclelland, Oledszki went ok.

Kendal is just an awful ref every time I see him, consistent poor decisions and dreadfully lacking control of the game.

Not sure Golding would make the slightest difference to that shower of poop.

He’d have lasted longer than Tubby Lolohea

Positives for tonight
Thought Ava went ok,
Slightly more effort
Lolohia might be on the sides for a bit

The old Watkins has gone fear never to return the injury seems to have robbed pace and elusivness. Unless he can develop his passing game and be a wingers centre.
Clarke mentioned on comentary he had heard the culture of the club is bad. I assume that is true, a big job to turn this crap round

Skirt was there tonight, but we just have no quality.

Thought the wingers did pretty well tonight. Newman looks good. It's a bit early for me to judge McClelland. He's not what I thought he'd be. As someone who played 10 at Union I assumed he's have a decent kick on him, but was the same level as myler tonight. Hopefully he'll improve.

Smith to me looks a plodder. I don't see him or anything. Merrin just looks dumb. Poor offloads, poor penalties, poor attitude.

Overall, we still look stuff on our own line, and we have zero structure. I do wonder what happens at training.

Watkins was shocking defensively. I thought McClelland and Newman looked really classy. I would go with them permanently for rest of season and see how they develop. Newman looks a better player than this seasons Watkins.

Agree with this - similar to my view from watching on TV... The effort was better, but we need to start playing more as a team again with our attacking plays - this is one area where Cas were much stronger.

McLelland and Newman definitely look good. Seumanufagai looks to be a good buy also.

Big problem as ever was discipline. We would have been in with a chance if not for the silly tackle by Watkins and Merrin back-chatting the ref shortly after we scored our try.

Kendall poor. Wrong decision for Sutclffe penalty, tackle not complete. Watkins knock on in build up to Parcell try, not spotted.
So Leeds Nil.

He was poor for both sides including those calls.

Im not going to waste my energy or effort going over what’s wrong, it’s pointless.

What I’ve taken from tonight is...

McLelland and Newman should be starters from here till the end of the season, they will benefit massively for it and they both look good especially Newman.

Ava looks useful

Ash Handley put in a big effort tonight IMO.

Not as bad as this bloody singer. Worst act I have heard for the entertainment. Poisoning my ears.

On the match, the defence in the middle certainly improved that first half.

Never realised that "land of hope and glory" had that many verses. :D Whose idea was that, probably Sinfields.
