Okay i know we probably can't just get rid off all we want but in all honesty who would you keep at the club

Thats it for me the rest can go and take Agar with them (useless every where he has been.)

How sad is it that once Leeds legends as J.J.B , Ablett and Cuthbo have been allowed to go on too long .

Sir Kev has taken on a mountain of a job as this has been a snowball building into an avalanche for a long time now but so far he has not covered himself in glory . In Sir Kev and the sleeve we trust ?

Watkins( give him a full year to try and recover from injury), Hurrell
Handley
Lolohea( get a good pre season with a disciplined coach to find him a position and weight loss routine if he doesn't improve I'd be looking to let him go).
Myler( get him a organiser to play with and let him help bring Mclelland through)
Parcell( possibly would release to free up a Quota spot)
Merrin
Ward( give him another season to see if he can put more than half a season together if not it might be time for him to retire for his own health)
Dwyer
Peteru ( as interchange prop)
Oldezki
Smith
Mclelland
Newman
Holroyd

Bring in another metre making prop( personally would like someone like George Burgess coming in. Get a defensive back rower who can make 50-60 tackles a game someone like Shaun Fensom would have done, and get an organising half back to lead and direct us round the pitch ( personally want James Maloney to come)

Get a head coach in with top pedigree such and Shane Flanagan or Shaun Wane.

I think the only way of sorting unfortunately is to make big room on the cap. The only way of doing that, especially when waiting for contracts to run down, is to start with big earners. Merrin, and one of Watkins or Hurrell have to be at the forefront of that. We must find a way of getting out of Lolohea deal. We must try hard to get rid of failed players or without adequate long term promise, alla Ferris, Sutcliffe, Handley, Albert. We must under all circumstances find a half to fit in who can take the club forward.

Start by getting rid of the 'jobs for the boy's' mentality....the club has done ok without a director of Rugby for 150 years until the worst team seen by many came along..... at least 2 players on a contract to far..... ex players behind the scenes......the most uninspiring captain I have ever seen.

Id go with somthing like this, not realistic to do in one off season because we cant just dump players with contracts, but certainly doable over the next 2 offseasons.

Jackson Hastings is an absolute must imo

Albert stays provided he's cheap and not on quota and because theres a reserves, Crosby and Singleton stay because of Quota aswel and as 5th/6th choice theyr not bad.

New coach...Flanagan , Wane, Powell or Demitriu....Any one of these with Marshall as assistant is good with me.

Big job ahead because no two ways about it the club is definitely in crisis. I agree with these behind the scenes jobs too.apart from Director of Rugby what does Agar`s job entail? " Head of player and coaching development "

I'd start by determining whether there are underlying issues behind the Bulls performance.

However bad we've been this season, this was the worst by some distance. Performances that just weren't good enough against the likes of SL should have been enough IMO.

My guess is that sacking Furner has intensified divisions in the team between different factions. The sacking was hardly going to motivate the Furner loyalists who are perhaps understandably uninspired by Agar (both marquee players were poor, and the new signings didn't have much impact either). They ALL looked like they were playing like a bunch of individuals. Even without Furner's systems, you'd expect the team to show some spirit, but very little was forthcoming.

Somehow they need to come together and start working for each other instead of going through the motions. A coach that can instill this is what we need. I think this may be what Sinfield has been getting at with his 'we're not a 4 from 14 club', but it looks easier fixed in theory than in reality.

And that's where some of your problems lie, Other players are miffed he's getting more than them? Its got to upset the apple cart.

Anyone 22 or under that has a future, those that don’t or those older are on a case by case basis. Anyone over 30 can go. Rebuild this from the juniors with a sprinkling of leaders from outside, our current bunch have zero leadership qualities.

I’d also like to see GH retire, and Sinny admit he’s made some mistakes so far, then we can offload some baggage and move forwards.

Agree, people need to understand that a marquee player is someone who can make a difference, a clutch player who can win a game on his own. Merrin is just a plodder.
