What do you think they are currently doing Mark? Do we do the same thing everything year? What you are proposing is exactly what has/is happening and it takes time unfortunately.

I am in total agreement with you on it being amatuerish that it takes so long to put a coach in place, especially when you consider we went from looking for a new assistant, to sacking the head afterwards, and now still have no assistant or head. But these things need putting in place to move on with that stability and reshaping.

you sure about that, they only kept about half a dozen players from their SL squad when they got relegated, looked like a lot got released.

Like I said, if you have a release clause in the contract, or the player willingly wants to go. The point was, they are not null and void. Leigh were stuck with some who wouldn't come out of their overpaid contracts, and it was costing them big at the time.
