That's not quite true. It was actually reported a few weeks back when the rumours came out. I have to say, he never comes across like that in anyway, but is there really no smoke without fire? the rumours say completely different to how it comes across.

His view of his own ability is higher than the view of the coaches at Leeds I think, that's never a good recipe.
Personally I'd say we just have to back the club in what it's doing at the moment, they know how the players are interacting and behaving, what their "extra-curriculars" might be and they know the kind of culture they want to find.
Let them make the calls and then judge them on the results.

You was right getting rid of Keinhorst but Garbutt is 100% one of the best in the league in his position when on the field. Rovers hope to have sorted his troublesome knee as he had a mid season op on it and has just returned from that.

As for Lunt/Parcell, let’s hope it works out well for both as both sets of fans and clubs know what the respective players can do at their best.

I think we just lost faith in Garbutt's long-term fitness, and again he's a valuable overseas quota spot. No argument that he's one of the best props in SL when fit.

If Garbutt was still here and ge had just been out with a knee injury there would be cries to get rid

I don’t think there would.
Not if he had played in 3/4 of this seasons fixtures winning several mom awards. That is his record at HKR this season. Very few forwards play a full season without any problems. Ask Peteru, Crosby, Ablett, JJB and Ward to name a few.

On a purely playing basis I'd have kept him, but I don't see how he trains or what his conditioners think etc. Anyone who can poleaxe James Tamou gets my vote.

Hurrell, Merrin, Ava and getting rid of a waste of salary and quota in Tui for a decent half back not good signings?

Getting rid of Parcell for Lunt is not about us wanting Lunt, I know you’re not a fan of what KS is doing but we need a clearout and it’s happening and it will mean shifting quota spots and players on high salaries, I’m not sure you quite understand how difficult it will be to re set this squad. Has Sinfield made mistakes, yes, clearly Furner being the biggest, Im sure you will point to Ablett, Crosby snd JJB but you can’t blame Sinfield for them being injured and you haven’t got a clue what salaries they are on.

Parcell will be on a big salary and taking up a quota space which can be used more effectively elsewhere

So by your reckoning Sinfield gets all the praise for Ava Hurrell & Merrin but its not his fault he signed a load of has beens & average sh#* as well?
Quick ?? Im reading this as you definately know what salary the squad are on then because you state Parcell as s big earner?
Yes i can blame KS re-sick note has beens Ablett had retired because his hip is shot Jjb hasnt completed a season in 4yrs & Crosby was signed & played with injury issues it was a no brainer.

He looked a different player tonight, Parcell. Dangerous, scheming, energetic.

Interesting quote from him in his interview, something about McGuire telling him where he needed to go and what to do - that’s exactly what we’re missing and have been for 2 years
