It`s not the first time you have said how you hate Leeds Rhinos and referred to us being the pets of RL.
I`m sure you will find that Wigan have had plenty of favours from the RL in the past and are probably hated as much as Leeds Rhinos.

So what ever is right or wrong, you are now permitted to go over salary cap by 65k for a player above official cap figure by 65k, 55k to the player & 10k to RFL, ---- matters not you pay 65 or 55, if you need the player/s !!!!!
Not that it's Leeds fault, just a pathetic Administration !
However, Precident set now, applies to all I hope ! ?????

I'm pretty annoyed all round. Firstly with the RFL, for having such a stupid system with a 'live' call which has been broken in consecutive years.

Next, and overwhelmingly, with the Leeds administration for such a absolute clusterfu**k. It really highlights that the administration had lost its way. It was mad to think that the team which limped over the line to avoid relegation was close to full cap, but due that awful squad to be over the cap is ridiculous. How the hell was that the best paid squad in the league. Absolutely farcical.

Imo whoever caused the "oversight" should be sacked also why wasn't this addressed by the RFL as soon as it became apparent?
Id also like GH to explain why we lent Carnegie 500k and only got 45k back when they went t!t$ up!!

I know the clubs themselves decided on the sanctions but this should merit a points deduction - there's no satisfactory mitigating circumstances.

I know the senior management at the club had a billion things going on last year but this should be their absolute top priority at all times and this is an example of incompetence, something I've never accused them (Hetherington) of before.

You’re right to a degree which is why I’d rather it were a points deduction as a punishment however you would assume the punishment would be harsher had Leeds previously broken the cap.

Luke Briscoe’s contract isn’t/wasn’t the problem though. It’s that of squad players on significantly more than a squad players cap space.

I think we can guess some of those that were taking up space that Sinfield didn’t think were worth it. The likes of Garbutt, Parcell, Golding, Keinhorst etc.

I suppose no-one really knows (including at Leeds apparently) what the players are on but I’d guess that we’re getting more value for money out of Luke Briscoe than plenty of other players contracts.
