Lost most of the dressing room very quickly. Lost the trust of Sinfield too. A source I know close to some players told me that.

We were bottom of the league and playing like it .not showing any improvement every game ..it was like Dean Lance era revisited

When the whole world is discussing Black Lives Matter up pops Dean Lance of all people.

Hetherington refusing to sack him and saying and i quote "other than being found guilty of racism he came out of the tribunal well" was the worst decision Gary has made at Leeds. I stopped watching til Lance was gone just a few months later.

Nope. I'll admit I'm being a bit contrary but his record is not the worst of Leeds coaches by any means and he was much better than Furner.
