Can't see Leeds agreeing to a stop-gap solution.
If he doesn't want to come permanently, why should we care if he's fit for the World Cup!!
For me, he either signs a 3 year deal or Wire can have him.
We can focus on other targets.

Agree. I wonder if it gives us an edge in this with us having ability to bring him in this year. He could have best of both worlds. Long term deal with us and a club for this season so he gets in England team for World Cup.

Unless Lui is happy to play the role of sacrificial lamb I can't see that we would have cap space to bring Williams in this year. When Lui was interviewed this week he seemed very positive about playing in the near future so I don't see how it would add up. On the other hand I could see Inglis calling it quits at Warrington. All things considered they have to be strong favourites.

I would prefer Williams on a long term deal or even a NRL quality half back, but Leeds have a track record of stop gap signings.i.e King, Wellington Albert, Brett Ferris.

I’d got the impression from Agars interview about Williams that we’d made a play for him for this season. But I ageee I would make Warrington favourite but you never know

Few mentions on winger recently but I’d personally be happy keeping Broadbent on there and get his development going more and more. He could be the replacement for Briscoe in years to come.

Jack is doing a terrific job. Really is. So passionate about playing for Leeds too. Really great kid.

Do we think that’s his best position wing? Always thought he was being looked at as a centre but he seems to be doing very well on the wing

Personally I don’t think Jack has quite the pace for wing, given that he’s never going to be a wrecking ball like Ryan Hall or McGilvary. However he might put some pace on with training - we have some other very good centres coming through too.

Jack has rarely put in a performance less than 8/10 since coming in to first grade to be fair to him.

Definitely a centre IMO but he wouldn't be the first player to play on thee wing for a year or so before moving to the correct position.

I think Jack has taken his opportunity really well, he's played out of position all year and never looked out of place - I didn't think he would get this much game time so early on in his career never mind play to the standard he has.

If Newman can come back from his injury as good as he was before we have a great young British centre partnership in the making.

Actually if Edwards comes through at centre and young Max Simpson progresses we could have a real headache here.

You know the club is going in the right direction when you see this kind of talent waiting for their chance.
