Watching Aidan Sezer for the combined nations, I’d gladly have him with Gale next season.

George Williams has said he hopes his future will be sorted next week. Says he's talking to three clubs and everyone probably knows who they are with just a few things to sort out. Warrington probably still favourite but looks like Leeds not completely out of the question. Agree Sezer great player but the better he plays the more NRL offers he will get. Williams obviously will stay in superleague.

it wasn't on the face of it a good comment but I don't see why it makes Rugby League 'tinpot'.

Looking at it from a Williams point of view,maybe he would be better having a short term slot at leeds. if Wire have cap issues fitting him in this season, he may go to them in the long run.Shaun Wane said he needed to be playing to get into the World cup reckoning.The attractive proposition is that he would be forming a potential international half back pairing with Luke gale.I suppose him coming to Leeds may well hinge on whether the World cup gets the green light next week.If it does , don't be surprised to see him at Leeds.

Can't see Leeds agreeing to a stop-gap solution.
If he doesn't want to come permanently, why should we care if he's fit for the World Cup!!
For me, he either signs a 3 year deal or Wire can have him.
We can focus on other targets.
